| Description | I am looking for a plot of land which can be anywhere in UK, Ireland or Scotland. It must be freehold residential and registered with deeds and all paperwork. Plot is for mobile home to go on and must have planning permission or local precedent. Can pay upfront as well in instalments or rent the plot. Also, does anyone recommend any other sites to advertise on? Can offer any help or information on the same (contact details of residential park home owners' group for instance). I've been told to avoid holiday parks unless they've actually had one recommended or can get copies of all paperwork. |
