Description	Hi I do not use my garden so wondered if it could generate a bit of an income for me., I will mention from the offset we have a grumpy barking dog next door which could be a drawback for the gardener seeking solace and peace, he is not able to get through the fence however and there are always head phones to help block out the potential annoyance Access to the garden could be arranged daily, seven days a week from 8am until dusk, and when I am home the occasional offer of tea and biscuits :-) rates to be discussed, however I would expect to be in line with local allotment rental rates. tools can be stored in my shed
Nearby venues	local to the historical kings Norton green, plenty of off road parking outside my home. we have a 15 minute walk to kings Norton train station
